Professor Joshua Solomon received his B.Sc. in Psychology in 1987 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, United States and his M.A. in Psychology in 1990 from New York University, United States. He went on to receive his Ph.D. in Psychology in 1992 from New York University as well. Professor Solomon is currently a Professor of Visual Psychophysics at the Centre for Applied Vision Research, City, University of London, United Kingdom.
Professor Joshua Solomon has served as an Associate Editor of Attention, Perception & Psychophysics (2008 - 2015), organiser of “Visual Statistics” (2015 research symposium), of “Visual (M)organisations of space-time” (2010 research symposium) and as an External Examiner for University College London’s B.Sc. in Anatomy (2006 - 2010).
